After my trip to Kentucky, it was time to head back to Cincinnati and hop on the flight back home! But not before visiting one of the cities best attractions, the American Sign Museum! This tourist attraction features vintage American signs that are decades old while shedding light on the history of advertising in America. From Burger King to Sunoco, all of the big names of the country are on display here, along with information to explain the history of the signage.
There is a guided audio tour for the museum, but you can certainly explore at your own pace. Most people usually spend up to an hour on the premises. Me and my friend stayed for two hours exploring the museum and had an amazing time! So now without much more delay, here is a recap of my trip to the American Sign Museum in Cincinnati, Ohio!
The American Sign Museum is dedicated to the art and history of commercial signs and sign making. The American Sign Museum is proud to be the largest public museum dedicated to signs in the United States!
This trip was so rewarding for me as I learned so much about the history of American signs and hung out with my great friend. Next time I’m in Cincinnati, I’ll definitely be making a trip back to the American Sign Museum!
Do you think you’ll make a trip to this museum if you visit Ohio? What are some of your favorite places to visit in this city? Let me know in the comments!
